this is what i did

You have to connect to pin4 (5.3VS - stby ) not to gnd, pin5.
Pin 7 to pin 4 = power ON.
Pin 10 to pin 4 = BackLight ON after power is on.
all connection should be made through 1K resistor, to limit curent.

the voltages are too low


the backlight does not turn on pin 7/4/10

connect also pin11 to pin4, this will start PWM and the voltage will be ok. the BL will be powered and will light. If not work, post here the schematic to see exactly how connections are.
PWM it UP voltage from 325V to 390V. (24V will be 24V; 16V will be 16V).

The LED driver are not on Power board. The P4 connector go to LED DRIVER. The led driver schematic are not in this service manual.
  To start Power Board, you have to connect the pin6 to pin4 only, on P2 connector. All voltage will be like on page 26 on Service Manual. (see test points).
  After that, connecting pin 10 and pin 11 to pin4, the LEDs will be on, if there are not a burned led or Led Driver it not works.
   Post a picture with Led Driver board.
